event will sell out so I don't know how much we need to say. We love
sparkling wines (we're sure you do too) and while we know that people
drink a lot more of them this time of year we also support the idea of
sparkling wines as an everyday beverage, so we'll be pouring some great
alternatives to Champagne in addition to a few bottles of some serious
stuff from the region itself. You'll learn about the production methods
and the terroir of various classic sparkling wine regions as well as
