Corralejo Blanco is bottled directly off the distillery’s copper pots. Don Leonardo, the founder of Corralejo Tequila, refers to it as ”The Truth” because it magnificently captures the authentic character of the Blue Weber Agave, the plant which all our tequilas are made from.

All of our tequilas are made with 100% Blue Weber agave, and then slow cooked the old-fashioned way in stone clay ovens for 27 hours to capture the full flavor of the agave hearts.
Once the sweet juice of the Agave (mosto) has fermented we employ the 400 year old ”Charentais” method of distillation which has been perfected by the French in distilling cognac, which allows for our exceptional retention of the agave aroma and flavor found in every bottle of Corralejo.
