A lively wine, light straw-coloured with greenish tints, a full and consistent perlage. Refined, light and delicate with long-lasting aroma and fruity, pleasantly bitterish aftertaste which recalls the freshness of golden apples. A classic appetizer wine it well accompanies shellfish, fish hors-d'oeuvre, its moderate alcoholic content makes it even suitable to accompany all courses, to be served in flute glasses.

| Grape variety: Prosecco Doc. This variety, well known since Roman times, has been grown for more than two centuries on the hills of Valdobbiadene and Conegliano, and has found an ideal location there.Vinification: "in bianco” (without skins), using the Charmat method. This spumante is a perfect example of the Mionetto style, with that full and consistent perlage which characterises all the spumantes it produces. |
